Dmitry Ivanov, reported on the operational situation regarding reliable energy supply to consumers in the republic. During the conversation, the participants also discussed the interaction of power grid companies and related organizations with authorities during the prevention of the spread of acute infectious diseases. In connection with the need to carry out mass repairs, an important topic for discussion was the peculiarities of the implementation of repair and investment programs in the republic related to the self-isolation regime. Conducting timely and full-scale preparation of the power grid complex for the autumn-winter period of 2020/2021 will allow power engineers to ensure reliable power supply to consumers.

The branch conducts enhanced control over the functioning of the electric grid facilities. The duty of dispatch and technical services, employees of operational and repair teams, duty substations and managers was organized. A significant portion of Chuvashenergo employees work remotely. The personnel located at workplaces are fully provided with all necessary means of protection and prophylaxis, all movements are strictly regulated. For the prompt elimination of possible technological violations, a communication scheme and a procedure for interaction with the Ministry of Emergencies, the territorial division of Rostekhnadzor, executive authorities and local self-government, and other territorial power grid organizations have been developed.

On behalf of Pavel Livinsky, Head of the Rosseti Group of Companies, special attention is paid to reliable energy supply to key infrastructure facilities. In order to ensure reliable operation of the energy system of the Chuvash Republic, on duty there are 32 repair and mobile crews of the Chuvashenergo branch of 232 people and 71 pieces of equipment. They have at their disposal 32 backup power sources, which can be used to temporarily supply energy, primarily to socially significant objects in the region.
