JSC Concern “Kalina” has already paid out eighth coupon income on non-documented coupon bonds series 001 in amount 209 467,20 rubles on 6 March 2003. Press-center of Concern informed about it.

For one bond with nominal 1000 rubles 4,08 rubles of dividends has been paid out.
Total amount of bonds on which coupon income pays is 51340 bonds with nominal 100 rubles in cash.
JSC Concern “Kalina” placed bonds of series 001 with volume 70 million rubles in March 2001. The term of circulation is 1095 days (3 years). The date of pay out is 6 March 2004. Bonds have changed coupon which depends on the Central Bank Rate. The coupon pays every month.

Federal commission of securities has registered the issue of non-documentary coupon bonds of series 001 with changed coupon of JSC Concern “Kalina” for total amount 70 million rubles. The number of securities of this issue is 700 thousand bonds with nominal value of one bond 100 rubles.

Paying agent is CJSC “Raffaisen Bank Austria” while the underwriter and market-maker is LC “Avia Trust - Invest” (Perm)
