| On the 5th of March 2003 JSC Central Telegraph opened new destination for subscribers' communication with CIS countries over IP channels. The calls can be made with CENTEL and CENTEL-Corporate telephone cards.
Due to pricing policy of the Central Telegraph focused on the development and extension of Voice-over-IP services, international connections are provided to the customers at the lowest price per time unit.
Among new destinations of international connections over IP channels are:
- Ukraine - from 5,76* rubles per minute,
- Moldova, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan - from 7,62* rubles per minute,
- Belarus - from 6,64* rubles per minute,
- Azerbaijan - from 8, 94* rubles per minute,
- Georgia - from 5, 76* rubles per minute,
- Estonia - from 3, 81* rubles per minute.
