Concern “Kalina” has partly pre-term repaid issue of registered nondocumentary coupon bonds of the series 001 of JSC Concern “Kalina”. In term and in order provided by decision of bonds issue, the issuer received 3 800 bonds for repaying. The repaying has been realized with nominal value in cash. Total sum of paying is over 380 000 rubles.

JSC Concern “Kalina” placed bonds of the series 001 with volume 70 million rubles in March 2001. The term of bonds circulation is 1095 days (3 years). The date of repay is March 6, 2004. Bonds have changed coupon which depends on the Central Bank Rate. Coupon pays every quarter.

Federal Commission of Securities registered the issue of registered nondocumentary coupon bonds of series 001 with changed coupon of Concern “Kalina” for total amount 70 million rubles on February 7, 2001. The number of bonds of the issue is 700 000 pieces with nominal value 100 rubles per one bond.

The purchasing agent is CJSC “Raffaisen Bank Austria”, the underwriter and market-maker of the issue is LC “Avia-Trast-Invest” (Perm).
