Uralkali has learned about a court order on provisional measures issued by the Court of Justice of the Republic and Canton of Geneva in relation to the divorce proceedings between Dmitry Rybolovlev and Elena Rybolovleva. The Order is directed against Dmitry Rybolovlev but seeks to apply to assets of Uralkali with the exception of everyday management and ordinary commercial activities of the company. Given the exceptions contained in the order, Uralkali does not expect it to have any material impact on its business.    

The Order of the Geneva Court of Justice, which is meant to produce its effects for the duration of the divorce proceedings unless overturned on appeal, is capable of being appealed before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.  Uralkali is not a party to any relevant Swiss proceedings.
