Among 15 candidates - Evgenie Lukjanov - President Deputy Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the North-west federal district.

OJSC "IDGC of the North-West" board of directors considered offers of shareholders and confirmed the list of candidates for voting on elections to the Company Board of directors. 15 candidates were nominate on 11 places.  Among them 11 persons were offered by OJSC "IDGC Holding", four more – candidates of minority shareholders – "Energosouz Holdings Limited" and "H Q Bankaktiebolag" companies.

From acting structure of Board of directors the following candidates were included into the list

- Valery Shogenov Deputy director of department of Ministry on Power Generating Industry of Russia (were offered by OJSC "IDGC Holding ")

- Vasily Sinyansky - General Director of branch OJSC «SO UES» ODU of the North-West

- Valery Shogenov Deputy director of department of Ministry on Power Generating Industry of Russia  (were offered by OJSC "IDGC Holding ")

- Tatyana Dronova Deputy General Director on strategy and development of Joint-Stock Company «Investment holding« Power Union » ("Power union Holdings Limited"),

- Seppo Juha Remesa General Director of OJSC" Kiuru "Seppo Juha Remesa ("HQ Bankaktiebolag").

- Tatyana Seliverstova - Chief of security department of corporate governance and interaction with shareholders  department of OJSC "IDGC Holding".

Candidates from "HQ Bankaktiebolag" - Executive Director of Association on protection of investors rights Denis Kulikov and his deputy Alexander Shevchyuk.

Besides, the list consisting 5 candidates for voting by elections to OJSC"IDGC North-West" revision committee was confirmed.

Elections will take place on OJSC"IDGC North-West" Shareholders Annual general meeting which date will be defined on May, 6th, 2010 at the next Board of directors meeting.
