Since 1 April 2006 "UTK" PJSC introduces a new telecommunications service - a universal instrument of payment for Internet, DLD/ILD and local traffic - Uniform service card (?S?) under the brand «Card Number One ».

Being the first such instrument in the sphere of telecommunication services, ?S? can be used throughout the licensed territory of all regional branches of the Company thus allowing UTK’s customers to pay for any telecommunications services at any time in any region of Southern federal district. The roaming of the cards will be provided, i.e. a card that has been bought in one region, can be used in any other region.

Using Card Number One, a customer can save from 20% to 40% when making long-distance calls. Other benefits are ease of use, efficiency, possibility to transfer money from one card to another. One can get service support  by calling free phone 8-800-30-20-800.

ESK is being Introduced within the framework of the Company’s Plan for expansion of  uniform intelligent network (ISS). ISS has been built using the equipment manufactured by  Al?atel and  NFP "Berkut" (Saint Petersburg). The Company expects that introduction of the project will result in working capital growth, promotion expenses reduction, receivables optimization, increase in sales volume and  market share of new services.

It is planned that the cards will be distributed through service centers and dealer networks in all regional branches of "UTK" PJSC. In future the Company  plans to introduce ESK roaming in licensed  territories of other mega-regional entities.
