The Board of Directors of TGC-1 on 27 October 2010 resolved to terminate the contract with JSC Central Moscow Depositary (Tsentralniy Moskovskiy Deposotariy) to maintain shareholders’ registers.
The Board will examine the issue of selecting a new registrar at the nearest meeting.
The Company is confident that the change of registrar will not affect the terms and quality of shareholder services.
