Moscow, Russia – December 3, 2010 – Sistema (the “Group”) (LSE: SSA), the largest diversified public financial corporation in Russia and the CIS, which invests in and is a major shareholder of companies operating in different industries, today announced the completion of a sale of its 27.6% stake in Sistema-Hals. Blairwood Limited and Stoneflower Limited acquired the stake in equal parts of 13.8% each for a total cash consideration of US$ 70 million.
