The tokens back-reception office is located at 29 Melnikova St., "Proletarskaya" subway station, toward the Dubrovka theater complex, Moscow). Office hours: business days, 09:00 - 17:00, break: 12:00-13:00.

Each physical person returning a public payphone token will have a 5-ruble compensation. Large batches of tokens will not be accepted. Besides, the back-reception office operators will verify every token for authenticity.

The office will operate until 1 January 2004.
