The Most Weighty Company in Russia

Six companies from Republic of Tatarstan are in the list of hundred most weighty enterprises of Russia. “TATNEFT`” is also included in the list of ten leading companies, headed by R?? “UES of Russia”, GazProm and LUKOIL, according to the rating, presented by the information analytical agency AK&M. “TATNEFT’” takes the 10th position among the Russian industrial giants and the 5th among Oil Companies. KamAZ is on the 27th place among the most powerful companies of the country and on the 5th in the machinery building sphere. TATENERGO is on the 30th position, but is on the 2d one among its “colleagues” in the sphere of power industry. “Nizhnekamskneftehim” is the leader among chemical and petrochemical enterprises, but is the 36th in general register. The Helicopter Plant in Kazan city is the 14th among the machinery building enterprises, and the 59th in general list. “Nizhnekmskshina” is the 71st in general register and the 4th in the sphere of chemistry and petrochemistry.

The rating has been made up on the basis of the analysis of the following activities: profit volume, tax allocation volume, the number of employees and the market share. Besides, the sphere, to which the enterprise belongs, has been taken into consideration, because of its influence on the main macro economical characteristics.
