A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman, and Pyotr Piotuch, Beltransgaz’s director general, was held today at Gazprom’s Headquarters.
The parties discussed Russian gas deliveries to the Republic of Belarus.
Gazprom stopped supplying gas to the Republic of Belarus since January 1, 2004. Gas is delivered to the Republic by the independent gas suppliers ITERA and Trans Nafta. The present-day contract envisages gas deliveries to Belarus till the morning of February 18, 2004.
