| Starting from the 1st of April 2003Central Telegraph, one of the leaders on the market of domestic and international communication and Internet access, together with one of the largest Moscow networks of communication stores "Tehmarket" declares the beginning of a promotional action.
In the framework of this action from the 1st to the 20th of April the customers of all 75 stores of Tehmarket network for the purchase of a telephone or Internet card CENTEL with any nominal value will receive accordingly an additional card or a CD-ROM with computer games. In order to take part in this action it is necessary to by a CENTEL card and to fill in a questionnaire at proposed by a promoter at any of 75 stores of Tehmarket network.
Besides that, serial numbers of purchased cards will participate in the lottery for main prizes: free monthly access to the Internet an CENTEL Gold telephone card with nominal value of 1000 tariff units.
