LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) reports record sales in the mass market real estate segment in St. Petersburg.
In 2012, in the mass market real estate segment in St. Petersburg we entered into new contracts for the sale of 208 th m2 of net sellable area, up 12% year-on-year. That is an all-time record for the company’s development business in St. Petersburg. In 4Q 2012, we entered into new contracts for the sale of 94 th m2 of net sellable area, up 85% against 4Q 2011. In December 2012, we sold more than 45 th m2 of net sellable area (+130% y-o-y).
Our residential project Avrora accounted for nearly 50% of our total sales in 2012 (103 th m2). Another 37 th m2 were sold in Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya project launched to the market in November 2012.
