The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Richard Paterson, Global Energy, Utilities and Mining Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The parties addressed the key aspects of cooperation placing an emphasis on the long-term and efficient partnership between Gazprom and PricewaterhouseCoopers that covers a wide spectrum of businesses. They include auditing services, finance outsourcing in global financial markets, consulting on taxation and currency exchange control issues.
The meeting also highlighted that the participation of PricewaterhouseCoopers in creating the automated system for consolidated financial statements compilation in Gazprom was important and enabled developing optimal approaches.
