In 2011 the volume of financing of the repair program of Penzaenergo, the branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC will make 176 million RUR. It is 20 million more than in 2010 At formation of repair campaign the rate was made on exact diagnostics of the equipment, revealing of the weakest sites of system, and their strengthening. In 2011 is planned to carry out repairs of 13 transformers of 35-110 êV voltage. Major repairs will concern transformers on substations "Novozapadnaya", "Issa", "Bekovo", "Telegino", "Znamenka" and "Sosedka". 104 substations (voltage 35-110 êV), about 370 km of air-lines 110 êV, more than 360 km (voltage 35 êV), more than 1600 km 6-10 êV and 1719 km 0,4 kV will be repaired. Electric power engineers plan to replace 4559 insulators on air lines 35-110 êV. «To carrying out repair campaign in coordination with plans we have both forces, and possibilities, – Mikhail Kozhevnikov, the deputy director on technical issues – the chief engineer of «Penzaenergo», the branch of IDGC of Volga» has underlined. The personnel during the pre-repair period is trained, passes preparation, examination, and instructing. The technique which participates in repair campaign is under repair.
