On April 30, 2003 the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel made a decision to hold an Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30, 2003.
The Board also set a record date (May 14, 2003) for the purposes of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
