In honor of the 62nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, OJSC North-West Telecom is offering the following free communications services on 9th May 2007 for the Great Patriotic War veterans and invalids, warfare veterans and invalids as well as for the categories of individuals enjoying the same privileges:

1. From home telephones:

- Intrazonal telephone services (intrazonal telephone connections within the republic, region, including calls to mobile phones*) with the total duration not more than 10 minutes;

- Domestic telegraph services (telegrams within Russia) by the telephone**.

Attention! The May bills will specify the total cost of the services provided. To reduce the total cost, one should apply before June 30, 2007 to the nearest customer service center of OJSC NWT, producing the bill for communications services, passport and identity card confirming the entitlement to privileges.

2. At the customer service centers of OJSC NWT (on the production of the passport and identity card confirming the entitlement to privileges):

- Intrazonal telephone services (intrazonal telephone connections within the republic, region) with the total duration not more than 10 minutes;

- Domestic telegraph services (telegrams within Russia).

Taking into account the significance of the holiday, on 8th and 9th May North-West Telecom reduces by 20% the charges for intrazonal telephone services (intrazonal telephone connections within the republic, region, including calls to mobile phones*) as well as the charges for domestic telegraph services (telegrams within Russia), including telegrams on credit, by the telephone, for all its subscribers.
