The Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation Leonid Reiman congratulated CenterTelecom General Director Ruben Amaryan on being awarded "The honorary employee of communications industry of Russia" designation.
The designation was awarded by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin as of June 15, 2004 ? 778 "For services in the communications industry and longstanding conscientious work".
"The honorary employee of communications industry of Russia" designation is awarded to highly professional communications industry employees who have worked for 15 and more years in the field of communications for their contribution to the development of communications facilities, improvement of services to customers, companies and other entities, development and introduction of essentially new highly effective technologies.
