On 11 February coupon income will be paid on registered coupon bonds series 002 of JSC Concern “Kalina” for fourth coupon period. Amount of pays per one bond is 55,9 rubles in cash.

Total number of bonds on which coupon income pays is 550 thousand bonds with nominal 1000 rubles what amounts 30 million 745 thousand rubles.

Amount of coupon on above mentioned bonds of series 002 on the fifth coupon period is 19.56% annually what amounts 48, 77 rubles per one bond.

The second issue was realized in February 2002. Total amount of issue is 550 million rubles with nominal value of every bond 1000 rubles. The term of bonds circulation is 2 years with annual offer. The aim of the issue is attraction of means for modernization and over-equipment of Concern “Kalina” and also acquisition of companies working in this field. Changed coupon on bonds pays every quarter.
