During the celebration of the Victory Day all veterans can receive a present from JSC Central Telegraph using telegraph services for privileged tariffs.

On May 7, 8 and 9, 2003 JSC Central Telegraph provides 20% discounts from the price of national telegrams sent by invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War or their equals.

Besides that, on May 9, 2003 20% discounts from the price of national telephone calls will be provided to those owners of telephone numbers installed by Central Telegraph who are subscribers of CENTEL network.
