By results of 2009 dividends on ordinary shares of JSC “Pskovenergosbit” and JSC “Pskovenergoagent” will be paid.

The Board of IDGC of North-West, JSC which discharges functions of Annual General Shareholders’ Meetings of associated Companies, approved annual reports and accounting statements for 2009 of JSC “Pskovenergosbit”, JSC “Pskovenergoagent”, and JSC “Pskovenergoavto”. The Boards of Directors and Auditing Committees are elected. CJSC “Gorislavtsev and K. Audit” is approved the Auditor of all the three Companies.

According to the decision of the Board dividends on ordinary shares of JSC “Pskovenergosbit” will be paid by the results of 2009 fiscal year at the amount of RUR 17,8395263 per one ordinary share.

Dividends on ordinary shares of JSC “Pskovenergoagent” on results of 2009 fiscal year are decided to pay at the amount of RUR 0,0660543 per one ordinary share.
