As of December 31, 2003, OJSC North-West Telecom has paid 73 535 324,82 RUR of dividends with respect to common and preferred shares by the results of the Company’s operation in 2002.
The decision on payment, amount, and payment final date of dividends (December 31, 2003) was approved by the general shareholders meeting of OJSC North-West Telecom .
Dividends by the results of year 2002 constituted:
- common shares – 0.064 RUR per share;
- preferred shares – 0.14 RUR per share
The overall size of profit, subject to payment on the Company’s shares is equal to 75 381 892,528 RUR. Thus, the amount of the dividends paid was equal to 97.5% of profit to be paid. The remaining portion of the dividends shall be due to the shareholders, who failed to submit information required for the dividends payment.
Notwithstanding the fact that the deadline for the dividends payment for year 2002 has been expired, their payment, as well as payment of dividends for the previous years will be continued.
