The Gazprom Board of Directors meeting has been held in absentia.

The Board of Directors elected Vlada Rusakova, Head of the Strategic Development Department as Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a 5-year term.

Background:

Vlada Rusakova was born in Moscow. In 1977 she graduated from I. M. Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry, and obtained her engineering degree in design, planning and operation of oil and gas pipelines, gas storage facilities and oil tank farms. Vlada V. Rusakova completed the post-graduate program at I. M. Gubkin Institute.

Vlada V. Rusakova has been involved in the gas industry since 1978.

Since 1995 she was Head of the Foreign Project Development Service, the Prospective Development Directorate of the RAO Gazprom.

From 1997 to 1998 Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova was Deputy Head of the Prospective Development Forecasts Directorate – Head of the Foreign Project Development Division, the Prospective Development Department of the RAO Gazprom.

From 1998 to 2003 Ms. Rusakova was Head of the Prospective Development Forecasts Directorate, the Prospective Development, Science and Ecology Department of the RAO Gazprom.

On June 23, 2003 Vlada Rusakova was named as Head of the Prospective Development, Science and Ecology Department of Gazprom.

Since 2003 – Head of the Strategic Development Department, Member of the Gazprom Management Committee.
