Gazprom’s Headquarters today hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Janos Veres, Finance Minister of the Republic of Hungary, Co-Chairman of the Russian-Hungarian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.

The parties addressed the current state of and outlook for cooperation in the gas sector.

A focus was placed on the issues related to the implementation of the Intergovernmental Agreement providing for the construction of a gas trunkline across Hungary as part of the South Stream gas pipeline system.
