OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim produced commercial (i.e. complying with technical specifications) polybutadiene rubber based on lithium catalyst (PBR-Li). Its shipment was commenced to the local customer – the Polystyrene Plant (PBR-Li is used for high impact polystyrene manufacture).

Since the beginning of commercial PBR-Li production, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is capable to offer to its customers a complex package of 7 rubber types, including those used in “green” tires and unique plastics manufacture.
