Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia # 24-29
of 2401.2013, the functions of an electricity supplier
of last resort in the Bryansk, Orel and Kursk regions have
been transferred to IDGC of Centre from February 1,
2013.
According to the decision of the head of the
company Oleg Isaev IDGC of Centre created a coordination
centre for the transition of the functions of a supplier
of last resort in the Bryansk, Orel and Kursk regions.
The company has developed a schedule for priority activities
to ensure that IDGC of Centre is prepared to carry
out the functions of a supplier of last resort on the
date of their transfer to the company.
First, experts of IDGC of Centre will work to create
full-time jobs, including preparing for the smooth operation of IT
infrastructure, and conduct activities for the recruitment of the
staff of OJSC “Bryanskenergosbyt”, OJSC “Orelenergosbyt”,
and OJSC “Kurskregionenergosbyt”, which have been deprived the
status of suppliers of last resort.
The company has also planned speedy meter readings as of the
date of transition in relation to all consumers,
served by the companies, which have been deprived the status
of suppliers of last resort.
The transition of the functions of the supplier of last
resort to IDGC of Centre will not lead to a change
in conditions of purchase of electricity for consumers
of the Bryansk, Orel and Kursk regions.
Earlier the issues of the possible transfer of the
functions of the supplier of last resort were discussed
in the talks between the head of IDGC of Centre Oleg
Isaev and governors of the above mentioned regions. “As a result
of the negotiations we reached an agreement on full
cooperation of the regional authorities with our company on the
transition of the status of the supplier of last
resort,” — underlined the head of IDGC of Centre
Oleg Isaev.
