On Friday, January 25, 2013 in Saint Petersburg, General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Sergey Titov participated in a session chaired by Plenipotentiary Representative of President of the Russian Federation in the North-Western Federal District Nikolay Vinnichenko; in the course of the session, the issue of Kongopoga, JSC redeeming indebtedness for energy resources supplied was discussed. Among the participants of the meeting at the Plenipotentiary Representative’s office were also head of the Republic of Karelia Alexander Khudilainen and Director of Karelenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Yefim Ashkinezer.
