June 10, 2008 The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia registered reports on the results of additional emissions of securities of OJSC INTER RAO UES placed through conversion after affiliation with it by OJSC North Western TEC, OJSC Ivanovskiye PGU and CJSC INTER RAO UES.

In total OJSC Inter RAO UES placed 1 trillion 255 billion 690 thousand 365 additional ordinary shares with the nominal value of RUB 0.1.

The affiliation of OJSC North Western TEC, OSCJ Ivanovskiye PGU and CJSC INTER RAO UES to OJSC INTER RAO UES took place on May 1, 2008 under the auspices of the first stage of the consolidation process of OJSC INTER RAO UES.

The authorized capital of OJSC INTER RAO UES after merging into it of OJSC North Western TEC, OJSC Ivanovskiye PGU and CJSC INTER RAO UES is RUB 129,639,905,036.4.
