On 17 October 2001 Open Joint-Stock Company "Moscow City Telephone Network" (OJSC MGTS) paid out the 3rd coupon of the 2nd tranche of A1 series of the interest documentary bearer bonds with obligatory centralized deposit Share

The 2nd tranche of the OJSC MGTS bonds was registered on 28 September, state register number 4-01-00083-A. The tranche total number was Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (240,000) bonds. The coupon rate of interest was fixed at 14.94%, the coupon value - 48 rubles 71 kopecks. The total of disbursements made up Eleven Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand and Four Hundred (11,690,400.-) rubles.
