The situation with non-payments of Chuvash Energy Sales Company, JSC to IDGC of Volga, PJSC for electricity transmission services provided is not getting better. So at the moment, undisputed arrears of the POLR are again approaching the threshold of 1 billion and make 981,400,000 rubles.

 At that, if in the period from April to September 2016 Chuvash Energy Sales Company fulfilled their obligations in the amount of current charges, and partly paid off the debts, then from October of the current year again started accumulating overdue accounts receivable due to the partial payment of the cost for the services rendered in September and October.

The most effective way of debt recovery is claim-related work, actively going in Chuvashenergo. However, the delay with the receipt of the funds this way is quite protracted. Despite the fact that the total debt of contractors for electricity transmission services is 1,055 million rubles, IDGC of Volga, PJSC hitherto sought the opportunity to pay for the services of related grid organizations, contractors and other counterparties, but the execution of financial obligations becomes difficult because of the significant under-funding by the provider of last resort. If the situation continues going on in the same way, Chuvash Energy Sales Company will enter the new year with a billion debt. Perhaps, some other organization will cope with the duties of the POLR better?
