On September 10th, 2003 at the Board Meeting of the authorized banks' representatives under the auspices of Mayor of Moscow-city, Vozrozhdeniye Bank having renewed its status of "Authorized Bank of the Moscow Government" was granted the Certificate.

In compliance with Conception of managing the Moscow budget funds and interaction with the banking system of the city approved by the Ordinance of Mayor of Moscow as at November 1st, 1995 # 584-PM, since June 13th, 1997 Vozrozdeniye Bank has been the authorized bank of the Moscow Government (Ordinance of Mayor of Moscow # 464-PM).

Since its inception, Vozrozhdeniye Bank has been actively involved in the economic life of the city. The six year's successful collaboration with the Food Supplies Department allow to carry out the food supplies projects for the city outlined by the Moscow Government.

General Agreement on long-term cooperation with the Food Supplies Department of the Moscow Government will give the opportunity to provide funding of food supplies for Moscow-city through the extended Bank's network including utilization of equity funds and financial instruments of the Bank.

For the purposes of funding the Moscow food supplies projects the Bank extends loans to the enterprises that are involved in purchases, delivery, storage and processing of raw materials.

Vozrozhdeniye takes part in the municipal programme of technological reconstruction of the Moscow enterprises. The Bank participates in the charity programmes of the Moscow Government. In 2002 the Bank was granted a letter of gratitude from Mayor of Moscow for participation in the Moscow development projects.

The Bank will continue to develop its projects on lending to Moscow enterprises and organizations, as well as participate in the charity programmes of the city, so promoting its social and economic development.
