OJSC LSR Group, one of the leading building materials producers and real estate developers in Russia   (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) fully paid the first coupon payment of its Series 02 bonds totaling RUB 243, 370, 166.4.

This forth bond issue of RUB 5 Bn was placed in August 2008.
