On October 12-18, 2003 Moscow City Telephone Network is participating in the ninth ITU Telecom World ’ 2003 exhibition forum (Telecom-2003).

Moscow City Telephone Network exposition is exhibited within the framework of Sistema Telecom holding along with the companies like Comstar and Moscow Cellular Communication in the Russian national pavilion.

Moscow City Telephone Network stand demonstrates a range of PSTN and IP-telephony services as a part of Electronic Russia federal target program: high-speed Internet, virtual private networks (VPN), VoIP. Video on demand, videoconferencing, remote medicine and remote learning as well as many other services will be offered in the near future on PSTN basis shortly.

The company is also offering a new series of payphone cards and methods of high-speed information encoding to prevent unauthorized access to network resources. The information encoding methods use relatively simple hardware, are very hard to break in and highly efficient in terms of hard- and software implementation.
