Rosseti Volga

January 15, 2019

IDGC of Volga charged more than 700 million rubles from debtors in a judicial proceeding

The sales organizations serving the enterprises of the Saratov region owed IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the Rosseti group) over 60 million rubles for electricity transmission services.

RT-Energotrading LLC demonstrates its tenacious unwillingness to comply with the terms of the concluded contracts for several years. The enterprise’s debt to the electric grid company exceeded 46 million rubles. Continuing the non-payment policy, RT-Energotrading LLC not only stably maintains the reputation of an unreliable partner, but also causes financial damage to the company, on which high-quality power supply to more than 2.4 million residents of the Saratov region depends.

One of the top lines in the list of defaulters for electricity transmission services to IDGC of Volga with a debt of more than 6 million rubles is LLC EnergoService Volga. Irresponsible to the payment discipline are two companies: ESC Independence LLC (debt of 3.6 million rubles) and Alliance Active LLC (debt of 1.3 million rubles).

IDGC of Volga consistently continues work on collecting accounts receivable from non-payers, using all the opportunities provided for by current legislation. In total, last year in the Saratov region, 90 lawsuits of IDGC of Volga were satisfied in the amount of more than 657 million rubles on the main debt for the services rendered for the transmission of electricity, and 71 million penalties were recovered.

In the opinion of Vladimir Ryabikin, General Director of IDGC of Volga, the company is open for dialogue. Vladimir Ryabikin emphasizes that the faithful fulfillment of obligations by all participants in the electricity market is a necessary condition for reliable, high-quality and uninterrupted power supply to consumers.
