Among the other members of the delegation were Deputy Governors of the Pskov Region Sergey Pernikov and Alexander Kuznetsov, Chief Engineer of Pskovenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Konstantin Mikhaylov, Chief of the Velikie Luki City Administration Viktor Kamensky.
