Moscow, 16 May 2006. The Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia registered the prospectuses of OAO "Krasnoyarskaya Generatsiya" and OAO "Murmanskaya CHPP", the companies spun off from OAO "Krasnoyarskenergo" and OAO "Kolenergo". The shares in these two companies had been distributed among the shareholders of the reorganized regional energos (OAO "Krasnoyarskenergo" and OAO "Kolenergo").

OAO "Krasnoyarskaya Generatsiya":

• 596,039,612 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB1.25 per share, for a total value of RUB745,049,515. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55136-?;
• 168,993,328 uncertificated registered Type A preferred shares, par value RUB1.25 per share, for a total value of RUB211,241,660. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55136-?.

OAO "Murmanskaya CHPP":

• 357,158,757 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.6 per share, for a total value of RUB214,295,254.2. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55148-?;
• 118,405,759 uncertificated registered Type A preferred shares, par value RUB0.6 per share, for a total value of RUB214,295,254.2. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55148-?.

The state registration of OAO "Krasnoyarskaya Generatsiya" and OAO "Murmanskaya CHPP" took place on 1 October 2005.
