Moscow, March 15 2013– PIK Group, a leading Russian real estate developer focusing on large-scale residential projects, yesterday opened its new kindergarten, located in its residential project Red Hill in Lubertsy. This is the third preschool institution built and fully equipped by PIK Group in a new residential district.

A new kindergarten with total area of 4,300 sq. m can host 220 children in 11 groups including nursery. There are large classrooms, homelike bedrooms, doctor’s office with physiotherapy room, a large equipped kitchen unit, the swimming pool and everything needed for a comfortable kids’ stay during the day.  The kindergarten is fully equipped by PIK Group including computers, musical systems, sport equipment and facilities, furniture and toys.

PIK Group constructs all social objects using the most advanced, certified and environmentally friendly materials. PIK Group pays special attention to the safety of construction and building operation. Video monitoring, sound alerts and advanced automatic fire-alarm systems were installed in the kindergarten. The adjacent territory is a well-developed playground.
