Russian President Dmitry Medvedev presented state awards to a group of Russian citizens. At the ceremony, which was held at Catherine Hall in the Kremlin, the President awarded the veterans of Second World War, representatives of industrial enterprises and public sector employees. Among the awarded as the best expert in his profession, was a operator of drilling - crane machine from "Vologdaenergo” Victor Varentsov. He was decorated with the Order of Friendship.
