In 2018, the Customer Relations Department (CRD) of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the Rosseti Group) - Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids received 3,515 appeals. On the basis of applications received in 2018, the branch concluded 1,704 contracts for connection to power grids with a declared total capacity of 37.2 MW. Also in the past year, consumers appealed to the branch CRD on issues related to the extension of technical specifications validity or its change. In total, 296 such appeals were received.

In addition, 195 consumers took part in the annual questionnaire survey, the purpose of which is to evaluate the activities of the branch on utility connection. In order to maintain a constructive dialogue and effective feedback, both with already connected and potential consumers, the branch and all its production divisions conduct personal management receptions on a monthly basis.
