In the Consumer Service Center (CSC) of the Mordovenergo Branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the Rosseti Group), the results of work in 2018 were summed up.

During this period, 3,152 calls on various issues were received by the CSC, 2,259 of which were applications for utility connection. The number of applications submitted is dominated by the activity of individuals - 1,438 applications.  In 2018, 1954 contracts for utility connection (including applications received in 2017) for a total capacity of 34 MW were concluded.

Basically, applications were received from enterprises of agriculture and forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming, wholesale and retail trade, information and communications activities. A large number of applications from the administrations of municipal areas and rural settlements for connecting street lighting systems were received. IDGC of Volga, PJSC is an interregional power grid company and has reserves of electrical power at the power centers in 7 regions of the Volga Federal District.
