Moscow, Russia – March 26, 2013 – Rostelecom OJSC (the “Group”) (MICEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, announces that it is postponing its Investor Day, which was previously scheduled for Friday, March 29th in Moscow. Rostelecom expects that the Investor Day will be rescheduled for the coming months of 2013, with more details on timing to follow when a new date has been set.
The Group wishes to apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience caused by the event's postponement.
