CJSC DSK Block (a subsidiary of LSR Group) has signed a contract with Chief Army Support Department for design and construction of a residential complex for the military personnel in Mytishi, the Moscow region. The contract value is RUB 5.880 bn.
The new residential complex will include 2,300 apartments with a total area of 147 th sq m. Under the contract DSK Block is to provide design, engineering and construction services, including utilities and connection to the main transmission systems.
According to the contract terms construction works are expected to be completed by December 2012.
The new residential neighbourhood for the military personnel is to be built for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense using the “seamless” facade technology and reinforced concrete products of DSK Block.
