PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY)
announces the results of execution of pre-emptive right to acquire
Company’s shares of additional issue (state registration number
1-01-55038-Å-042D of December 7, 2016) by eligible shareholders.
During the pre-emptive right period RusHydro
placed 33,348,661 additional shares priced at RUB 1 per share, or
0.08% of the total volume of additional issue (40,429,000,000 shares
with a par value of RUB 1).
RusHydro’s shareholders as at December 2, 2016,
could exercise the pre-emptive right from December 13th to
December 28th. During this period shareholders could
submit applications to acquire the Company’s shares of additional
issue pro rata their shareholding in the Company’s charter capital
and pay for the shares in cash.
Thus, the amount of funds contributed to
RusHydro’s charter capital totaled RUB 33,348,661.
The start
date of the second stage of placement, open subscription, will be
determined later, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
