IDGC of Volga, PJSC held a meeting devoted to the issues of digital transformation of the electric grid complex. The company's General Director, Vladimir Ryabikin, discussed with the management the information obtained during the course of the course “Strategy and tactics in the era of digitalization with regard to the electrical grid industry”, organized by PJSC Rosseti and developed by the Russian Innopolis University.
The training program included the study of best practices in the implementation of digital technologies by global leaders of various sectors of the economy, ways to improve business efficiency with the help of modern technologies (cloud technology, BigData, blockchain, etc.), cybersecurity and other fundamental aspects of digitalization.
“Our task is not only to adopt and implement technical solutions related to digitalization of the electric grid complex,” said Vladimir Ryabikin, General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. – First of all, it is necessary to provide an understanding of the essence and goals of the digital transformation process by the whole team of the company, so that each employee has an incentive for further professional growth.
