LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in LUCHI residential project in Moscow. The company will build 825,210 sq. m of real estate. 

One-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with an area ranging from 34.6 sq. m up to 98.8 sq. m in the houses ¹ 5, 6 are currently available for sale. These buildings are to be completed in 2017. The price per square metre starts at RUB 85,000.

LUCHI project will consist of eight buildings positioned in comfort class and one building positioned in business class of various heights (up to 25 floors) and an underground parking area. The project also provides for the construction of two schools for 825 students each, two kindergartens in separate buildings for 250 children each, as well as two kindergartens located in residential buildings for 150 children each.

The land plot is just two kilometers away from Ulyanovsk Forest Park and Chobotovsky Forest. The metro station Solntsevo, to be completed in 2017, will be located within walking distance. The project will benefit from good access to Borovskoye and Kiyevskoe Highways allowing residents to reach the city centre quickly. 

The whole project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
