Moscow, Russia – May 4, 2011 – Rostelecom (the “Company”) (RTS, MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, announces that its Board of Directors has set the date for the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) for June 27, 2011.

The AGM will be held at Congress Centre of the World Trade Centre, 12, Krasnopresnenskaya emb., Moscow.

Shareholders registered at the record date of May 10, 2011, will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
