The Customer Support Center (CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) summarized its business performance in 2015. Over this period, 5,454 customers applied for CSC services. Generally, customers file their requests for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. Over the reporting period, 2,638 requests for technological connection were reported, and 2,387 agreements for technological connection were signed, for the total maximum capacity of about 52,502 kW. Specialists of the Customer Service Center provide explanations on technological connection procedures, handle service enquiries and assist in completing necessary forms and documentation. In addition to requests for technological connection, customers visit the center to address a variety of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, execution and approval of documents, etc. For instance, during the reporting period the Center processed 263 requests for electric power supply to vital infrastructure facilities. The clients also submit requests concerning electricity metering services (repair, installation, replacement, and sealing of meters), quality of customer service, etc. As before, execution and approval of documents on balance inventory delineation and statements of operational responsibilities delineation (1,333 applications) and approval of land use planning documentation (92 applications) remain high priority issues.
