Energy workers of the Samara Distribution Grids Branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC summed up the results of work with consumers in 2020. In total, over 4,800 individuals and legal entities applied to the consumer service centers. The volume of the given capacity exceeded 100 MW.

Samara Distribution Grids are actively involved in the implementation of all national projects, as well as major projects related to the reconstruction, construction and improvement of the region's infrastructure. This is the construction of transport interchanges, the provision of capacities to socially significant facilities, small and medium-sized businesses, land plots for large families.

Much attention is paid to enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. In 2020 alone, about 35 agricultural objects – cowsheds, warehouses, granaries, etc. were connected to the grids of the Samara branch of Rosseti Volga. About 10 FMSs and offices of general practitioners are provided with electricity within the framework of the national project "Health", 8 more facilities are in operation. Work on technological connection of road lighting systems, automated traffic control systems, video surveillance and communication to grids goes on.

Active interaction is also conducted with individuals. Due to the current epidemiological situation, service centers interact with consumers remotely. However, this does not in any way affect the speed of resolving issues. In 2020, technological connection of over 2,200 residential buildings, outbuildings and summer cottages was provided.

Energy workers of Samara Distribution Grids remind that from July 1, 2020, applications for technological connection to power grids are sent to the grid company through the online service ïîðòàë-òï.ðôor the new mobile application Rosseti – Personal account, available to users of Android devices and iOS. Both individuals and legal entities can apply for the service via the Internet.
