KAMAZ, Inc. Board meeting is to be held on July 15, 2003 in Moscow. It will be the first one after the annual report-back meeting of shareholders held in Naberezhnye Chelny on June 6, 2003.

The new Board of Directors is to elect the new Chairman of KAMAZ, Inc. Board. Since 2000 this post has been held by Minister of Industry, Science and Technologies of the Russian Federation, Ilya Klebanov.

Apart from electing the new chairman, Board of Directors is to consider the current issues of KAMAZ, Inc. activity.
